Council? The Kensington South Neighborhood Advisory
Council (KSNAC) is a non-profit, nondiscriminatory,
nonpartisan organization with a mission to  maintain and
improve the neighborhood of Kensington South for the
benefit and desired outcomes of the individuals who
make up its constituency.
